Who we are

ForePlz [Company Legal Name, LLC] is the controller of personal data processed through ForePlz. Contact: legal@foreplz.com, [Company mailing address].

Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, sign-in provider, password hash (never your plain password).

Game data: plots, course designs, settings, notifications, in-game economy.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, logs and error reports needed to secure and operate the Service.

Consent records: the version and date you accepted our terms and your age confirmation.

We do not collect precise device location. Plot coordinates are places you choose on a map.

How and why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the Service and your account (contract).

To secure the Service, prevent fraud and cheating (legitimate interests).

To send account and service emails such as confirmation and password reset (contract), and optional reports and alerts (consent — you can turn these off any time).

To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring), when required by law, or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep account and game data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. You can download your data and delete your account from Account → Privacy. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA) and other US states

You have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for inferences), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Submit requests in-app or at the contact above; we will verify your identity.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data isolation. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will notify you in the Service of material changes to this policy.
