Virtual Currency & Items Terms

No real-world value
In-game cash, plots, courses and items have no monetary value, are not currency, securities, property or stored value, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Service, except where ForePlz expressly offers such a feature under separate terms.
License only
You receive a limited, revocable license to use virtual items within the Service. ForePlz may modify, rebalance, reset or remove virtual items, including founder bonuses, without liability.
Future purchases, sales and marketplace
Future features may allow purchasing virtual items, selling or transferring courses to other users, or creating paid virtual communities playable on golf simulators. Those features will be subject to additional terms, fees, taxes, and applicable consumer, gambling and money-transmission laws. All purchases will be final except where refunds are required by law (including EU/UK withdrawal rights where applicable).
No gambling
ForePlz does not offer wagering or games of chance for real money. Virtual items cannot be used for gambling.
Account loss
If your account is terminated or deleted, your virtual items are forfeited.
